Sports massage
in Tbilisi

After a workout or a busy day on your feet, your muscles can feel tired or tight. You might want to focus on your legs, back or shoulders.

Tell your therapist what you've been doing and how you feel today. They can spend more time where you need it.

Sports massage doesn't have to hurt. You can ask for lighter or firmer pressure during the session.

How the session
begins

With a conversation.

Your therapist will ask about your recent activity, which areas feel tired and what you'd like from the massage.

Whether you train regularly or have just had a long walk, a hike or an unfamiliar workout, it helps to mention it.

You don't need to know the names of muscles or use technical terms.

60 minutes

60 minutes · 160 GEL

Does sports massage
have to be intense?

No.

Sometimes you want deeper work. After a demanding workout, you may prefer something gentler.

The pressure depends on how you feel and what you want from this session.

If it feels painful, or you'd like more pressure, tell your therapist. You can change it at any point.

When might you choose
sports massage?

After training, a competition, a long walk or physically demanding work.

It can also suit people who train several times a week and want their therapist to take that routine into account.

If you aren't sure whether sports massage is right for you, talk it through before the session.
