Full-body massage
in Tbilisi
You don't need to know the techniques before you book.
Just tell your therapist what's going on: your back feels tired, you've spent hours at a desk, you want to relax or you'd prefer firmer pressure today.
This massage covers the whole body. You and your therapist can decide where to spend more time and how much pressure feels right.

What happens during
a full-body massage
Before the session, your therapist will ask how you're feeling and whether any areas need extra attention.
You can spend time on the whole body, or focus more on the back, shoulders, legs or other areas that feel tired.
The pressure isn't fixed. If you'd like it gentler or firmer, you can say so at any point.
60 or 90 minutes?
60 minutes · 160 GEL
A full-body massage with a little extra time for one or two areas.
90 minutes · 240 GEL
More time for individual areas, especially if you feel tension in several places.
Who is a full-body
massage for?
It's an option when you don't have one particular concern.
Perhaps you've had a long workweek, spent hours exploring Tbilisi or just want to make time for yourself.
It also works if it's been a while since your last massage and you aren't sure whether to choose relaxing, deep tissue or something else.
You can talk it through with your therapist before the session.
What if I want to change
something during the session?
Tell your therapist.
You don't have to lie quietly and hope your therapist guesses what you need. Ask for a change in pressure, more time on your back or less time on a particular area.
Your feedback helps shape the massage as it happens.
